Woah it's been way too long

So there's been a lot going on around here lately, and up until just recently I have been far too busy to post. I think I will start from the top...
My younger brother McKay graduated from high school. We all headed out to the Marriott Center for some good graduating fun and had some fantastic Training Table for dinner afterwards. Yum. Here's a picture of him just after he walked across the stage. Since I missed the big photo op. Because I wasn't paying enough attention. Oops...
And, here is McKay with his fun graduating present and Spencer, showing support. Holding the stuff. =)
A few days after McKay's graduation I was in the thick of finals... yuck. But, after 2.83 years at BYU I finished up all my coursework and headed out the door. I decided I would pop in some pictures of some of the things I got to do while I was at the Y... although it took a long time to look through all the crazy pictures from Freshman year and not nearly as long to look through the pictures I took after I got married. I guess it just takes those magic ingredients to be found in the vending machines at all late hours of the night to get any pictures. This next one is one of those... my friend Ashley and I went on a little trip on night in the middle of the night (we actually went out to follow my roommate and her boyfriend just to bug them, hence my lack of shoes, but ended up just taking pictures all over town) and somehow I ended up in front of this sign. Welcome to BYU!
Freshman year, some of the boys in our ward had this ball and they took her everywhere important. Like football games. One could only be lucky enough to hold her for a moment... they were quite protective. I think her name was Shan-nay-nay? Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Another late night adventure. Need I say more? Ha ha. Everyone has pictures like this, right? It's not just me? Emily and I had quite a few wrestling bouts. This time I was on top. It was always crazy fun, and we ALWAYS had a blast laughing and laughing and laughing. RIP U-718!!

This is a picture of the Harman Building on campus, a stone's throw away from DT, where I spent hours and hours and hours working all through college. I miss being there more that I like to admit sometimes, but I made some really great friends while I was there and I think I had pretty much the best student job EVER.
Other stuff happened in college too... Like getting engaged!
Annnndddd married! And there was all that school stuff. But I don't really have a picture of me hitting the books. But I really did that. Believe me. =)

So I finished up all my coursework and finished up at work and started a new job on Monday. It has been a really interesting transition, not without tears, but it feels good to be done with school at least.

To "celebrate" being done with school last weekend we headed up to Pleasant Grove for the Strawberry Days rodeo with our friends from our ward Shelley and Taylor. As usual, we saw all the awesome rodeo attendees with their awesome hair, plus all the cowboys. Some proof we were there:

Here we are! Nice and close because I almost always forget about that pesky zoom! =)

It was fun to get out with our friends, and we are looking forward to Round-Up days this weekend. And Kristopher's cousin's wedding tomorrow, and summer FUN! And that's pretty much what we've been up to!!
