Yesterday night I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned my house. And baby was sleeping and Kris was off playing basketball. It was so quiet and nice that I lit some candles while I folded the laundry. It was so nice and peaceful, and so great waking up to a nice clean house that I decided to go for round two tonight. Abby's working on the sleeping thing, and Kris is off playing baseball instead of basketball, but so far so good. Don't you just love those kinds of quiet times? It has me sooo ready for fall. In fact, I think I might just go pull out my fall decorations. And not that I don't have any other projects underway at the moment (11 at the last count, ha ha) but I am really thinking about making a few tablecloths... maybe one for Halloween and one for Thanksgiving. Doesn't that just sound so festive and fallish and wonderful? Now I want some hot apple cider to complete my evening. And a yummy fall type smelling candle.

Pumpkin pie would be a great decorations for your table cloth! Then you can eat while everyone is asleep or gone!
Check! There are two pumpkin pies baking away right now... they are my favorite!
