I scored these vases at DI for $1 each, and I really like them. I am still trying to figure out how I can work them into my decor at home. It's looking like it's either along the mantle or on my piano that will win out in the end, once all those holiday decorations come down. That will be a nice little pick me up come the first of January!

A big THANK YOU!! to my mom for letting us have the shower at her house. You're the best mom!
These pomanders took FOR-EV-ER. I would say probably about 1 1/2 hours each, but maybe closer to 2. Definitely a project to work on once the baby's in bed while you unwind at the end of the day watching TLC. Oh, how I love TLC. Poor Kristopher... something tells me he doesn't love it as much as I do =]Later today I am planning on hanging the pomanders and the banners up above Abby's crib. She doesn't have a mobile of any kind so maybe she will like to look at them! Her ceiling is really high (10 feet I think) so I think they will look really cute hanging from so high. Plus, they took wayyyy too long not to use again somehow.
And do you see that, there outside the window? Hello Utah winter. Welcome back. You're so pretty, and I do want you to stay for a while, but maybe ease up on the wind a little? Thanks.
