The majority of Abby's day consists of the following 4 things:
Kicking/flapping her arms (simultaneously)
Playing with/reaching for hair. Mostly other people's, but sometimes her own.
Playing with/reaching for paper. Any variety.
Eating. When she is ready to eat, mind. Or you will hear about it.
What a sweet little stinker.

For your law question, Tyson said it is a patent issue (not copyright). If someone has a patent on it, it would be illegal. He's going to contact a friend of his who is a patent attorney and have him look it up to see if there is. It may take a couple of days.
